Red apple initially on the nose, cherry dragee, herbal notes, herb meadow, also dried, fine spice and stony notes. Emphatically dry and uncompromising on the palate with noticeable phenolics, powerful, good tension, fine, ripe acidity, very mineral, stony, salty lemon, also distinctive tartness on the finish.
More about the tastingRed and green apple, cherry wine gums, herbs and a nice stoniness to the nose. The aromas flow through to the palate and without any flirtation with residual sweetness. A stringent acid structure, savoury minerality, and almost dry-sour citrus tones create a fine tartness and flow.
