Tasting Notes
Delicate yellow fruit bouquet, but at this stage still overshadowed by yellow apple and some mustard powder. On the palate, the Marcobrunn shows soft and intense peach notes, texture and lots of complexity, plus smooth elegance. Full of character.
More about the tastingA fragrance in which fruit and stoniness share the space like brothers: Blueberry, pink grapefruit, candied orange and flint. The attack is short and moderately supple, then a great arc of acidity begins its course, leading to substance and a mineral-salty density. Immensely firm, very young, grippingly tense.
