Floral and at the same time late harvest fruity Riesling fragrance, subtle yeast accompaniment. Soft attack, mild mousseux, almost silky in appearance, carried by sweetish melting, firm acid backbone, mineral polish. An original Riesling sparkling wine that shows its origins with grace and a sense of tradition.
