The white wine »Schieferkraft« Bacharach Kloster Fürstental Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Dr. Kauer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
Some yeast, also lemon balm, rosemary, chamomile, dried lemon peel. The palate has excellent tension, gripping, the balance is there without leveling the core and fabric, the wine finishes with tactile mineral notes and lots of herbal savouriness. Completely at rest in itself.
