The white wine »von Herzen« Cuvée feinherb, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Dr. Kauer has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc, Riesling, Muscaris from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
Lots of slate savouriness on the nose, rock flour, white flowers, lime blossom, apple peel, nutmeg, white peach, quince. Juicy on the palate with an animating interplay of sweetness and acidity, clear fruit, fine minerality, with a great drinking flow, a harmonious cuvée for many occasions.
