So individual in its rather restrained aroma. Sage, meadow herbs, wet stone and a hint of passion fruit. Tropical, ripe fruit on the palate too, with an attractive "battle" between acidity, residual sweetness and a fine, creamy texture. Substance, salinity and depth are the key words for the long finish.
