The white wine »Réserve« Erden Prälat Riesling GG, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Dr. Loosen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Notes of beeswax on the nose, along with raisins and red apples, with a burning rocky note. Creamy and silky in the mouth, delicate phenolics, very dense and supple, rich in extract, but also "understated", intense and persistent in the mineral component, very fine like rock flour. Seems to have been cast from a single mold.
