Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Yeast, coriander grains, cardamom, peach on the nose, more and more powdery with aeration with a shining minerality. Supported and silky on the palate, fine acidity, delicate, subtle minerality, smoothly grounded, very fine in all components. Easy to underestimate.
