Intense spicy nose, herbal meadow, lime blossom, delicate blossom honey, behind it candied citrus fruit, mineral. Dense and complex on the palate, fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, profound, papaya comes through, minerality, juice and extract, but always fine and fresh, great.
