A spicy slate Riesling aroma as if drawn with a ruler. Lemon balm, peach, stone - and a pinch of overripeness. On the palate, the acidity, texture and minerality are very powerful. The power of the wine is reinforced by a rather rich sweetness. Don't touch it for the next ten years!
