The red wine »Servator« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Emil Bauer und Söhne has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nebbiolo, Barbera from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Very spicy, peppery nose. There are also juicy ripe cherries, red and dark, sun-kissed berries and plums, floral notes of violets and roses. Good acid structure on the palate, well-integrated tannins, sweet fruit and woody aromas resonate.
