The sparkling wine »Pinot« brut nature, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Eppelmann has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A spicy and yeasty nose with stone fruit, raspberry, redcurrant and brioche, with a fine malty note too. Slender and compact on the palate with good freshness and a stable acidity supporting the interplay of smoothness and savouriness. Emphatically dry and well suited for gastronomic use.
