Tasting Notes
Balsamic and herbal-spicy with intense woody savouriness. On the palate a certain austerity, bright acidity, emphatically full-bodied, firm mineral foundation. A Chardonnay designed for longevity with a currently dominant use of wood. Undoubtedly has ageing potential.
More about the tastingVery intense Neuhol, vanillin and vanilla sugar, on the palate then a rather tightly acidic wine, in itself good in extract, but wood and wine currently have little bonding. Needs further ageing.
