The red wine »Goldréserve« Merlot trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2018 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose is baked plum with cinnamon. On the palate is a fine but firm tannic framework and very aromatic fruit. The cinnamon and spicy flavours match well the plum fruit and seem to shimmer in the fibres of the tannins.
