The red wine »Wunderwerk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Subtle aroma, smoke, ripe and sun-kissed fruit, cassis, sultanas, cranberry, dried herbs, chervil, allsavouriness, wood savouriness. Full-bodied on the palate with good substance, juicy fruit, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity bundle the power, long and with further certain ageing potential.
