The red wine »Meisterwerk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The nose has aromas of blackberry, baking plum, red bell pepper, pepper, tobacco leaves and a hint of cassis. On the palate, the wine has a lively acidity, well-integrated tannins with a juicy body, subtle use of wood with a beautiful finish.
