The red wine »Wunderwerk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Deep ruby red in colour with an aromatic, dense, albeit compact nose, with wild berries, chocolate, leather, smoke, and rum pot notes. On the palate, the wine has a dense, voluminous body, juicy with a beautiful tension, balanced acidity and ripe tannins with a spicy finish.
