The red wine »Wunderwerk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Plum compote on the nose, some rum-steeped fruit, Rhône associations. On the palate a very dense structure with fine-grained tannin, on a supple base one finds a maximum of extract and a fine thread of acidity, also mineral notes and a trenchant finish.
