Light gold in colour, with honeyed aromas on the nose, complemented by freshly cooked apple compote and balsamic undertones. The palate shows ripe phenolic extract, fine fruit, and well-integrated acidity. This has all the attributes to become complex and richly nuanced with some bottle ageing.
