The sekt »Prestige« Saarburg Rausch Riesling brut nature, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Citrus fruit, rosemary, yeasty and spicy slate tones. A very fine but also voluminous mousse coats the palate, with substance and acidity dominating the mid-palate before salty and tactile mineral notes place the site at the centre of attention.
