An intense berryish fruit, multi-layered, slightly yeasty, and flinty with air contact. Juicy and pithy on the palate, emphatically lean, almost biting acidity, light carbonic acidity, fresh and very aromatic right into the finish. It is a very individual Pinot Gris that places the extract in a confined space.
