The white wine »Asphodill« Homburg Kallmuth Silvaner GG, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Fürst Löwenstein has been rated in 2018 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Closed on the nose, subtly floral, subtly nutty, very young. Broad on the palate, volume and texture, well doped with extract, ripe acidity, everything is there for the future. The mineral notes will intensify as the wine matures in the bottle.
