Stronger yellow-green. Fine, delicately caramelized wood spice on the nose, delicate mocha touch, pleasantly underlaid with banana and vanilla. Juicy and fresh on the palate, mineral texture, very elegant and balanced, accompanied by sweet wood aromas, very good length, multi-layered food companion, very good ageing potential.
