Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, firm core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark fruit of blackberry and sour cherry underlain with fine herbal notes, hints of spices, delicate tobacco and nougat, a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, good complexity, sweet black forest berry confit, fine tannins, lingers for a very long time, full of finesse on the finish, fully ripe cherry fruit in the aftertaste, a great promise for the future.
