It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Day 1: Ripe red and dark fruits on the nose, cherry, sloe, elderberry and blackberry, some smoke, fine herbal spice, almost peppery. On the palate with rich, ripe tannins, juicy and powerful, fine acidity, again red fruits with cherry, has a lot of power, good length. Day 2: Red and dark fruits on the nose, cherry, blackberry, even more precise, Bordeaux-like. On the palate with rich tannins, very grippy, red fruits, the air has done it good, has opened up, seems to have matured a few years, further potential. Day 3: Cherry, menthol, cassis on the nose, with smoke behind it, surprisingly fresh, rich tannins, well-balanced acidity.
