The white wine »***« Sonneck Weißburgunder, vintage 2022 from the winery Winzerhof Gussek has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
Yellow fruit, floral and savoury aromas. The palate combines texture, minerality and a firm but seamlessly integrated acidity. Fine phneolics carry the structure through to the long and then intensely tactile-mineral finish. The wine has depth, but does not flaunt it. Very fine indeed!
