Tasting from 15.02.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Stony aroma, clean yeast. Flint, smoke. White flowers, sesame. In the mouth it is also immediately fllinty, supple mid-palate, firm, harmonious acidity, a wine with great depth and mineral character. Also has a charming lightness despite its texture and smoothness. Super long lasting, tactile minerality.
