A multilayered spiciness in the aroma: a little nutmeg, but also something savoury like chili or piment d'Espelette, then yeast and flint, floral notes. In the mouth the wine has a very classic construction, a certain coolness meets extract, tactile-mineral notes are there, the acidity is firm but integrated. Mint on the finish.
