Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Restrained wood and a very classic Pinot Noir nose, herbal-spicy, sweet almond, cocktail cherry. Smooth on the palate, with finely melted tannins, lots of juiciness and a hint of sweetness in the fruit. Mild, well-integrated acidity. A carefully extracted, fine wine, as if made for the Sunday table.
