The rosé wine »Von der Senn« Rosé trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hammel has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Salmon pink with orange tones. Quince, strawberry and slightly peppery notes on the nose. The palate has power and an acidity buffered by some residual sugar, a hint of carbon dioxide refreshes, fruit and supple components give the wine a harmonious finish.
