For a rosé deep in colour of cherry red. Aromatic in the fragrance, red cherries, sky berries, pomegranate, lemon balm, roses, discreet cloves. Substantial on the palate, juicy ripe fruit, lots of texture, plenty of savouriness, well-integrated acidity. A rosé for deeply flavoured dishes.
