Needs a little air to develop a complex interplay of flavours from the wood notes vivid at the beginning: sweet chamomile flowers, lemon lemon balm, exotic fruits, later also white liquorice and coffee in the background. Very vivid on the palate, with warming alcohol, substance, texture and a tart acidity.
