Tasting Notes
Complex and pithy on the nose: red berries, mineral, floral notes. Raspberry, rock flour, rose, even a little bit of tar. On the palate, with a lot of creamy smoothness, as well as concise and firm tannins, nervy acidity and tactile mineral underpinnings. The noble structure will ensure, over the course of bottle ageing, that softness, fruitiness and texture will merge into an extremely sensual amalgam.
