Tasting Notes
It has a medium carmine colour, with purple reflections, and a broad ochre rim. There are aromas of ripe plum, cherry, and candied orange zest, nice floral nuances, and a gentle hint of liquorice, it is a delicate bouquet. It is elegant on the palate, with lovely fruit, ripe cherry, silky tannins, some minerality, a discreet salty touch, and some chocolate on the back palate. It has good length, and has definite further ageing potential, and it will remain at this level for a longer time.
