Dark ruby, opaque core, ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate tobacco-backed dark berry confit, fine ethereal nuances, candied orange zest, hints of liquorice and mineral hints. Full-bodied, complex, firm texture, integrated, supporting tannins, salty touch, fine nougat on the finish, sweet blackberry confit, mineral and young, a fine spicy food wine.
