Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

The first signs of ripeness are evident on the nose, with a delicate minerality, spicy curry notes, as well as a hint of dried porcini mushroom. The palate structure is impressive with restrained sweetness, a lively acidity, and a penetrating tactile minerality. It is full and long, and it has great potential.
