Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Smells of the traditional Mosel classic, Fuder; Riesling from a steep site, with peach and slate. An appealing flow of pure juice on the palate, subtle yet mouth-filling, with ripe fruit and a guiding, finely chiseled acidity with a cool aura. A savoury slate, mineral background. Will live long.
