The white wine Ürzig Würzgarten Riesling GG, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Christoffel Erben has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The Große Gewächs from the Würzgarten is very savoury on the nose. Although there is some clear apple and lemon, savoury (sic!) notes of mustard flour, aniseed and lime blossom are dominant. Dense on the palate, more aniseed, good acidity.
