Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Some tropical fruit, also spicy notes, liquorice and basil. Straightforward structure on the palate, lots of juiciness, firm acidity, playful fruitiness, intense tactile minerality leading to a long finish. Substantial yet typical Kabinett. Will age very well!

More about the tasting

Very mineral on the nose, floral and herbal-spicy, oregano. Something like tonka bean. Tightly built on the palate, bundled, restrained sweetness, lively acidity, almost biting in its structure, very young, intensely mineral finish, best prospects.
