Quite vivid tertiary undertones in an aroma of nuanced ripeness: grated apple, meadow herbs, also yellow-fruity notes and those of ground hazelnut. The mousse has a fresh dynamic, it refreshes a body pronounced in fruit with ripe, but also well-supporting acidity and clear mineral components.
