Tasting Notes
A crystal-clear wine with damp limestone and pepper in the background. Almost a red wine fragrance! But a neat rosé palate with ripe acidity and not too dry. Slight cassis notes on the finish. A rosé that everyone can agree on: Terroirists and lovers of a somewhat milder style.
