Tasting Notes
Subtle woody savouriness on the nose. Powerful on the palate in terms of alcohol, powerful in terms of phenolics substance, with late-emerging acidity and a currently still completely closed aroma. Compact, but with a recognisable mineral foundation and undoubtedly full of certain ageing potential.
