The red wine »WB« Sonnenberg Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Jülg has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir
On the nose, notes of elderberry, both red and black berries, some juniper, spice. On the palate, the rather light coloured wine impresses with pepper and clove, densely woven, almost cool, grippy tannins. Great ageing potential for harmonisation and ageing.
