Tasting Notes
Strong orange coloured rosé in the glass. Slightly peppery on the nose, chalky spice, red currants, rosehip peel, orange zest, sweet strawberries, raspberries and meadow herbs. Juicy fruit on the palate, mineral and spicy, subtly salty, ripe, well-integrated acidity, fine phenolics, subtle sweetness, long on the palate. A wonderful accompaniment to grilled fish.
