Fruity, berry and savoury aroma of elderberry, cherry, soy sauce, roasted wood and some black tea. Lean and firm on the palate with vivid fruit acidity, pure fruit and fine tannins, elegant and silky, very vivid, the elderberry is accompanied by sour cherry and a fine citric note. Also a formidable food companion.
