Tasting Notes
This is very fresh on the nose, with a lovely yeasty spiciness, some blueberry, it has plenty of Pinot Gris character. On the palate it is juicy and playful, with a dynamic but fine mousse, a lively acid backbone, restrained dosage, good fruit, and finishing dense and pithy with distinct salty undertones.
