The white wine »Uno« trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Kaufmann has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The bouquet remains delicate, with a whimsical succession of fresh and candied fruit and slightly toasty, smoky notes. Its taste emphasizes the balance of the cuvée with supple acidity, creamy smoothness and very good length.
