The white wine »Uno« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Kaufmann has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Pear, honeydew melon, yellow flowers and herbs on the nose. Opens juicy on the palate, with savouriness and texture, a powerful but moderately built body, ripe acidity, full-bodied and clear in expression, showing elegance as well as volume. Still young and gastronomically versatile.
