The white wine »Uno« trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Kaufmann has been rated in 2016 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Spicy wood, aniseed rolls, rounded on the palate, integrated alcohol, subtle acidity, a little creaminess, all of a piece, but delicate in aroma and (still) a little dominated by the wood on the finish. A wine to go with food.
