The white wine »IG« Nieder-Hilbersheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Knewitz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The nose is currently dominated by reductive notes, flint, rock flour and a little yeast set the stage for the subtle fruit spectrum of lemon, grapefruit and orange peel. Animating on the palate with good substance, very good length.
